You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers truly redefine how their workplaces function with Framery's Smart Office Solutions. This position will primarily focus on the onboarding phase of our digital services working closely with sales representatives and customer operations professionals.
Your responsibilities include:

Owning the Onboarding Process: Taking ownership of Framery's Smart Office Solutions customer onboarding initiatives in close collaboration with sales representatives and our Customer Success team.

Collaborating Cross-functionally: Working with sales representatives, customer operations professionals, and internal teams to execute seamless customer journeys.

Driving Product Adoption: Guiding new customers to successful adoption and ongoing engagement with digital services like Framery ConnectTM, Room SensorsTM, Room DisplayTM, and Space OverviewTM.

Inspiring Action: Ensuring communications resonate with customers and motivate them to take action, especially regarding technical aspects and solutions.
- Managing Success Metrics: Handling a high volume of interactions with a proactive approach, focusing on activity metrics, customer retention, and lifetime value.

We're looking for:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, sales or a strong focus on proactive customer onboarding.

Experience in roles requiring high volumes of customer interactions and a focus on activity metrics.

Familiarity with SaaS, subscription-based models, or IT-solutions.

The technical ability to quickly learn Framery's products and systems.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within Customer Success team and with other teams e.g. Sales and Smart Office development team.
Additional assets:

A sales-minded approach to onboarding and the ability to work closely with sales teams. Previous experience working in a B2B environment is valued.

Experience using CRM systems to manage customer journeys.

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position based in Tampere. We operate with a hybrid model, and we expect weekly presence at our HQ for effective collaboration.
