We are looking for an experienced Lead Control Engineer to join project within advanced power and energy systems development. In this role, you will take technical ownership of control system development and work closely with international R&D teams.Your role:
- Lead control and protection application development in NPI projects
- Design and implement control architectures, algorithms, and new features
- Define simulation environments and drive test automation development
- Perform root-cause analysis and solve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technical decision-making
We expect you to have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or similar
- Strong expertise in control theory and grid-connected power electronic systems
- Experience with simulation and testing tools (e.g. PSCAD, Matlab/Simulink, RTDS)
- Experience in a technical lead or senior specialist role
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent professional English skills
