In this role, you will manage the product lifecycle across all phases, from gathering requirements and shaping the roadmap to planning releases and supporting successful launches. You will work closely with technical experts in data, analytics, and software, as well as business owners, to turn customer needs and market opportunities into valuable solutions.

-
You will define the product vision and technology strategy together with business owners and solution managers, based on customer needs, market trends, and broader business objectives
-
You will maintain the development roadmap, break plans into manageable features, and prioritize the backlog based on customer value, business value, and development budget.
-
You will communicate the roadmap to relevant stakeholders and support development teams, pilot projects, operations, service, marketing, and sales with product-related needs and materials.
Expectations for you
-
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in process technology, information technology, or another relevant field.
-
You bring at least 4 years of experience in product management within automation, software, process industries, or a similar field.

-
You have strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with strong written and verbal English.
-
Experience with DNA, DNAe, or other automation system information management solutions is a strong plus.
To succeed in this role
To succeed in this role, you need a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and communication skills. You should be committed to full product responsibility across the whole lifecycle and bring a curious, customer-focused approach to UX, software, and analytics development.
