What are your key responsibilities:

Dashboard & Report Design: Design and develop data analytics solutions, building interactive dashboards and connected sheets reports that provide actionable insights to finance partners and senior leadership.

System Reliability & Scaling: Maintain and scale current analytics solutions, ensuring that the solutions stay reliable and consistent in a fast-paced environment.

SQL Optimization: Optimize SQL queries within BigQuery to enhance performance and automate recurring financial reporting workflows.

Financial Automation & Analysis: Automate recurring reporting to free up time for financial performance analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, etc.) to answer finance and business needs. As a member of the Group Business Control team, you will support the monthly management reporting and get a front-row seat on how a global business is steered.

Technical Mentorship: Be the contact point within the team on technical data analytics questions. You will share your knowledge to gradually upskill the team and ensure best practices get spread out.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IM and Data Analytics teams to develop digital finance capabilities, ensuring system designs support self-service analytics and process efficiency.
- Strategic Improvement: Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects in data quality, automation, and predictive analytics.

What you bring to the role:

Academic Foundation: A University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Professional Launchpad: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a data-driven finance or business analytics role. You possess enough financial literacy to intuitively understand the needs and challenges of your internal customers.

Analytical Narrative & Storytelling: You are "data-obsessed" but "business-aware." You possess the rare ability to turn complex data and forecasts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders through compelling data-driven storytelling.

Digital Proficiency & SQL Mastery: Solid knowledge of SQL is required. You are highly proficient in spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets), including scenario analysis, automation, and seamless integration with modern analytics tools.

BI & Data Architecture: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Specific expertise with BigQuery and Data Studio is considered a distinct advantage.

Collaborative Communication: Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and spoken). Comfortable working with colleagues across teams to understand requirements, provide technical support, and resolve issues.
