Our sales representatives’ average earnings range from €3,000 to €6,000 per month, and for top performers, there is no upper limit.
What does the job involve?
The work is active and mobile face-to-face (F2F) sales. You will meet people in high-traffic public areas – such as streets, squares, and events. You will introduce World Vision’s vital work and inspire people to join as monthly donors.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive onboarding and continuous coaching to ensure you maximize your results from day one.
