We are seeking a maternity leave substitute (6months) to join our dynamic team as a Technology & Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology and business strategies, working on exciting projects that shape our future. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with a strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative analysis, and a passion for driving innovation and AI utilization in knowledge work. Your previous experience in consulting, even through internships, will be a valuable asset as you navigate complex business challenges.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative analysis, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Experience in consulting, even through internships, providing valuable exposure to business strategy and problem-solving.
- A passion for AI and machine learning, with experience in driving internal AI strategy projects. Familiarity with hackathons and their potential to foster innovation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in PowerBI or similar business analytics tools, enabling effective data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new technologies and industry trends.
