We are looking for a Test Engineer to join a growing deep tech company developing advanced, next-generation technology solutions.
In this role, you will work hands-on with cutting-edge hardware and software systems, contributing to the testing and validation of highly complex products. Your work will be essential in ensuring that the company’s technology meets demanding quality and performance requirements.
Responsibilities
Your roleAs a Test Engineer, your work will focus on practical testing activities across both hardware and software environments. You will participate in testing preparation, execution and continuous improvement of testing practices, while also contributing to documentation and quality-related processes.
Your daily work includes a broad mix of responsibilities such as:
- Conducting hardware and software testing in a laboratory or production environment
- Preparing and setting up test environments and test cases
- Supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring high standards
- Providing feedback to support product and process development
- Following and promoting health and safety practices in daily work
What we expect from you
You have a relevant technical background, such as a degree in electronics or a related field. Equivalent vocational education combined with hands-on experience is also considered relevant.
You bring a solid foundation in electronics and/or RF testing, along with a systematic and structured way of working. Just as importantly, you are curious and motivated to continuously expand your knowledge in a technologically advanced environment.

You are a proactive and self-driven professional who enjoys solving problems and working as part of a collaborative team. You communicate clearly in English and feel comfortable in an international working environment.
A strong quality mindset is essential in this role, as is the ability to work carefully and consistently in a hands-on engineering context.
