As Direct Sales Manager,youare responsible fordriving thecommercial performance of Finnair's direct digital channels(Finnair.com and the App).You executeactionsfromFinnair'sRetail strategy andDirect Sales roadmap,contributingtothesuccessfulimplementationof Finnair'sRetail strategy.
Youmanagethe day-to-daycommercialperformance of Finnair.com andtheApp, ensuringdata-drivendecision-making,andcontinuous optimization ofsalesactions that support revenue growth and customer engagement.
Youcoordinatewithkey stakeholders (Digital, Marketing, Revenue Management, Product, Loyalty, and Analytics teams)in a structuredwayto prioritize actionsthatimprovethecustomerretailjourney andbusinessresults.
Youidentifyand shape growthopportunitiesbackedbyanalytics, andworkcloselywith stakeholderstoprioritize and deliverresultswith speed and clarity.
This role suitsacommercial-mindedproblem solverwho enjoysworking with multiple stakeholders. You are hands-on, comfortable navigatingcomplex data,andable tocommunicateclearly.
You will be part ofRetailteamand report to Head of Direct Sales.
