What is it all about
At Staria, we're scaling up our integration capability and looking for a Senior Integration Developer to join our Data Solutions team.
We are renewing our integration architecture and rolling out a centralized iPaaS platform. We're building robust, future-proof integrations between our business-critical systems - from ERP to payroll and BI. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain these integrations, focusing on API-based solutions, data transformation, and reliability.
How you'll make a difference
Most of your work will focus on building new integrations and developing our integration landscape with the Frends iPaaS platform. During your first year, you'll also take part in migrating some legacy solutions to the new platform, ensuring a smooth transition for our business. You'll get to design and build integration flows hands-on and solve both technical and business challenges along the way. On a typical day, you might:

Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and LINQ

Handle error management, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production

Migrate legacy integrations to the new platform, ensuring business continuity

Collaborate with architects, system owners, and other developers, while also enjoying a high degree of independence

Document your work and help develop best practices

Take part in shaping our integration architecture and ways of working
You'll have a real impact on how integrations are built at Staria from the ground up. You'll see the results of your work quickly and get direct feedback from users and colleagues.
The practical stuff
We hope you're based in Finland, ideally in the Helsinki area and able to visit the office weekly. However, with the right candidate we're flexible: you can work remotely from anywhere in Finland, as long as you can visit Helsinki at least once a month. Staria's hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds: modern office in the heart of Helsinki, combined with the flexibility to work remotely.
Our salary range for this role is €5000-7000/month, depending on your background. The holiday bonus is distributed evenly across your monthly pay, so it's part of your regular salary.

Solid skills in REST, JSON, XML, XSLT, SQL, and C#/.NET (LINQ)
Experience with Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault), CI/CD, GraphQL, custom Frends tasks in C# / .NET, or high-volume integrations is a plus.
