We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing, Sustainability, and Communication (MSC) team at UPM Specialty Materials. This position is located in Helsinki, Finland, and we work in a hybrid model.

What you will do
- Manage and plan marketing activities that support profitable growth of our global specialty papers portfolio in EMEIA and Americas, in close collaboration with sales and product portfolio teams as well as our marketing colleagues globally
- Manage, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns to strengthen customer engagement and generate high‑quality leads
- Plan and create compelling, audience-relevant content for every stage of the marketing funnel, ensuring alignment with our global brand guidelines
- Manage UPM's visibility at key industry exhibitions and events, ensuring a strong presence, effective lead generation, and consistency with our global brand
- Lead the development of sales tools & materials, marketing assets, and clear, effective sales messaging that supports commercial growth
- Contribute to development of marketing strategies and long-term planning
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B. Experience in working within international companies is an asset
- Experience with Account Based Marketing and AI-tools is an asset
- You are a creative marketing professional, passionate about making an impact and stay informed about emerging marketing trends and developments
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- You are familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, and understand how to leverage data for decision-making
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages are an asset
- You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
