We are looking for a Process Development Manager to lead and improve how we handle Master Data globally. In this role, you will work closely with the Kalmar Process Owner to make sure our data stays organized, accurate, and aligned across all our international locations.
You will be the bridge between our business goals and our technical systems. We need someone who can lead big projects, spot ways to make our work more efficient, and ensure everyone is following the same high standards. The position can be based in any of our European Kalmar locations.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Global Process Development & Execution: Execute and drive global Master Data process development and continual improvement under the Kalmar Process Owner's mandate to ensure operational alignment and data integrity.
- Strategy & Synergy Identification: Identify development needs and synergy opportunities within Master Data processes, ensuring all improvements align with global business requirements and organizational strategy.
- Governance & Portfolio Management: Support global development coordination and governance decision-making while maintaining the process architecture and development portfolio to ensure a structured, future-proof approach.
- Implementation & Project Leadership: Drive the implementation of processes and key development projects, serving as a project manager or steering group member within project organizations.
- Global Harmonization & Innovation: Identify harmonization opportunities across divisions and functions globally, ensuring processes evolve and drive innovation to meet changing business needs.
- Metrics, Performance & IM Alignment: Define process metrics and IM solution needs, tracking progress against KPIs and aligning requirements with the IM and Data development portfolio.
- Compliance, Documentation & Training: Manage compliance, risk, and documentation of workflows while identifying and facilitating necessary training and stakeholder influencing across the organization.
