Lead Front End Developer, Digital Channels

Our team develops and maintains Veikkaus' digital channels-our website and mobile apps-the biggest online consumer store in Finland. We offer a wide range of games and gaming products with safe, responsible, and innovative gaming experiences. As the Lead Developer, you will be at the forefront of architecting and creating the future of these services.
In this role, your focus is on steering the development of a modern web service in agile teams. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, QA, data scientists, product owners, and game experts. You will foster a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing across technological boundaries. You'll guide the use of analytics in service development, oversee continuous A/B testing, and direct the development of machine learning software, ensuring smooth daily deployments to production. The position is located at Veikkaus' headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model. To foster collaboration and effective teamwork, we meet at the office three times a week.
