Our Requirements.
Our client is a Critical Power Distribution installation. The team manage a project lifecycle as an Electrical Contractor working on behalf of their clients on large scale projects within the Data Centre, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.
Managing each process associated with the bid, pre commencement, delivery, commissioning and client hand over stages, they take full responsibility to ensure the project is delivered safely, timely and cost effectively with managed risk and high levels of quality.
Summary of the role
This is a newly created role, and as Document Controller/Admin Support, you will be responsible for organising and maintaining all documents in the business, including templates, drawings, product specifications and modifications, production schedules, test sheets, HR documentation, logistics around accommodation and travel.
You will be able to access specific files or templates when requested by different team members, as well as control the flow of documents in and out of the business.
You will need an understanding of GDPR in country and UK, have some knowledge around ISO accreditation, and have excellent version control skills.
This role will be responsible for the security and accuracy of documents from completion to secure disposal.
