Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a recent graduate or an experienced ICT professional to join Veikkaus' Delivery and Support team. In this role you will act as a Technical Account Manager for the B2B clients of our subsidiary, Fennica Gaming.
A great Technical Account Manager is like a star defender in a football team, always ensuring that their customer - the goalkeeper - never has to worry about overly technical matters.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing update cycles for multiple gaming systems - from acceptance testing to production
- Handling various incident and problem management tasks as part of Veikkaus' incident management processes
- Daily use of key systems and tools such as ITIL, JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, Slack, Teams, GCP, GitLab and AWS
- Noncustomer related documentation activities around Veikkaus B2B products
You will succeed in this role if you have:
- A relevant ICT degree or qualification
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage strict timelines
- Experience with different mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with good self-leadership skills
- Strong partner and vendor collaboration skills
- Motivation to develop your skills and expertise
- Good documentation and communication skills in English
Considered an advantage:
- Previous experience in the gaming/gambling industry
- 3+ years of experience in ICT specialist roles

The position is located at Veikkaus' headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model with three on-site days per week. The position is permanent and full-time.
