We are looking for a
GROWTH MARKETING SPECIALIST
to join our Growth Marketing team!
Day to day, the Growth Marketing Specialist will work hands-on with our social media advertising to expand and execute on our media strategy across multiple channels, testing and analyzing data and identifying trends in order to maximize our paid efforts.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Managing paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Optimizing channel mix, budgets, and performance across global markets to meet business objectives
-
Driving data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
-
Researching, testing, and implementing new marketing channels and strategies
-
Troubleshooting technical issues related to various channels, creative assets, and tracking
-
Collaborating with internal teams (Brand, Content, Data, Digital) and external stakeholders
-
Developing and growing relationships with various third-party stakeholders, including media partners, intermediary agencies, client-side executives and daily points of contacts
You will succeed if you have:

Hands-on experience in social media advertising (Meta)

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

Fluent oral and written English language skills

+2 years of experience in digital media planning and executing campaigns on multiple channels
A bonus would be:

Experience in programmatic display, video, and mobile advertising (DV360 & CM360)

Proven experience working with: Google Analytics 4, Google Marketing Platform, Bing, Smartly, Bannerflow and feed management tools

Experience working in digital media or an advertising agency
-
Understanding of ad servers, DSPs, CDPs, other marketing technologies and overall, the complexity of the online marketing landscape
