Metso is now seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Services (LCS) Offering Development to lead the design, development, and scaling of service‑based business models within the mining and capital equipment environment. The role focuses on creating scalable lifecycle offerings that deliver clear customer value while supporting Metso's long‑term growth and strategic objectives. This role reports to the Director, LCS Offering Development and works closely with global Product Groups, Business Lines, and regional teams.
This position is preferably based in Espoo, Lappeenranta, Tampere (Finland), in Brookfield or York (United States), or in Montreal (Canada).

What you do
- Identify and design new service‑based business models aligned with customer needs and Metso's growth strategy
- Define value propositions, revenue logic, and risk‑sharing structures that create sustainable outcomes for both Metso and customers
- Establish and manage offering governance, including approval processes, financial frameworks, legal considerations, and risk management
- Align and engage Product Groups (PGs), Business Lines (BLs), and key global stakeholders on direction and priorities
- Drive initiatives forward in a global matrix organization, removing obstacles and ensuring execution momentum
- Collaborate with LCS Hubs and Market Areas to ensure offerings are market‑ready and deliverable in real operating environments
- Develop templates, playbooks, tools, and methodologies to support consistent global sales and execution
- Support implementation and integration of new business models into everyday business practices
- Analyze pilot results and market feedback to continuously improve scalability, performance, and financial impact
- Focus on initiatives that deliver the highest value in terms of growth, profitability, and capital efficiency
Who you are
- Senior experience in mining, industrial services, capital equipment, or aftermarket environments
- Strong background in services strategy, lifecycle economics, pricing models, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to structure complex and ambiguous challenges into scalable, actionable solutions
- Experience collaborating and influencing within a global, matrix‑based organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
- Customer‑oriented approach with a deep understanding of value drivers and risk management
- Strong analytical capability, including development of tools and structured methodologies
- Fluent English required
