Generate qualified sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and appointments between potential customers and the sales team.
Conduct customer visits when required to present products and strengthen business relationships.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and meeting targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and order processing.
Prepare sales activity and meeting reports for management.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions, both remotely and on-site.
