What you’ll do:
The Project Manager (Electrical and Technology Projects) is responsible for leading and delivering electrical and technology-related projects within the site’s investment portfolio. The role focuses on planning, designing, and implementing solutions that enable future production growth and the adoption of new technologies for the site.
This position combines project leadership, technical coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with business requirements. The role is part of the Manufacturing Technology team and is primarily focused on local, on-site projects at the Vantaa manufacturing plant related to production processes and technologies.
The Project Manager acts as a key interface between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical and technology projects from planning through to commissioning
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery
- Identify and manage risks, while ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project costs and support Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably within an industrial environment
Skills:
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and related technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership with a focus on execution and results
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams
- Proactive approach to risk identification and schedule management
