What you’ll do:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance on-site.
- Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings.
- Coordinate Eaton and vendor activities daily.
- Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager.
- Lead on-site teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Audit testing and commissioning processes.
- Organize site training and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineer degree or Qualified Electrician certification (mandatory)
- Experience in similar roles
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, construction site safety, and quality management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, and cabling documents.
- Data Center experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-facing experience is critical.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
