What you’ll do:
The role has end‑to‑end responsibility for CAPEX investments, test and power infrastructure, safety programs, and factory development initiatives, working closely with engineering, operations, EHS, SCM, IT, and external suppliers.
This position combines technical depth, investment project leadership, and cross-functional coordination in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, manufacturing, EHS, IT, and SCM
- Facilitate workshops, technical reviews, and regular project follow-ups
- Communicate clearly with management, team members, and external partners.
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare and manage CAR applications, including cost estimates, timelines, risk assessments, and business justification
- Drive projects through Gate processes and present progress and risks to factory and EMEA-level management
- Ensure budget, schedule, and scope control throughout execution.
- Define technical requirements for RFQs and evaluate supplier technical solutions
- Lead technical tendering and supplier evaluations for electrical systems, testers, cabling, and installations
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management on sourcing strategy, lead times, and escalation needs
- Support purchase requisitions, supplier justifications, and order execution in SAP / Ariba
- Act as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
