We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team inPackaging Solutions'BU Northern Europe Controlling team.This role is part of our ambition to build a modern, AI-enabled analytics capability where data analysts act as proactive partners in business decision-making.
Hybrid role, with location in Jönköping,Stockholm,Lahti, Helsinki,or Riga.
Your role
As a Data Analyst, you focus on turning data into profitability-improving actions. You work closely withcontrollers and businessstakeholders toanalyzeperformance,identifyimprovement opportunities, and support decisions related to pricing, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
This is not a back-office reporting role. You are expected to actively engage with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and continuously improve how data and analysis are used to support profitable business outcomes.
The Data Analyst reports to the Head of Controlling, BU Northern Europe, Packaging Solutions.
Key responsibilities
What you bring

Relevant academic background (e.g.finance, economics, data, engineering, or similar)

Initial experience and/or strong interest in data analysis, reporting, or finance, with practical experience or curiosity towards modern AI tools

Competence in AI-assisted analytics and vibe coding, enabling fast experimentation, insight generation, and data tool development, witha strong foundationin SQL and Python
