We are now looking for a new team member to join our Supply Chain Test Engineering Solutions organization in Oulu, Finland. You will guide Baseband/RF test engineering projects with a team size of 5–10 engineers. You will be responsible for guiding and managing the team, reaching the set targets for the Test Engineering Project in the NPI phase and in volume production. You will work with stakeholders such as R&D teams, Production, and external manufacturing partners. The main target for Test Engineering projects is to design and implement production testing capability for new products.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must-have:
- Master's or similar degree from telecommunications, information technology, computer sciences area or equivalent.
- Experience in project management or team leading, and experience on setting priorities to manage complex projects with several stakeholders.
- Good understanding of telecommunication, hardware, and/or software development in test engineering.
- Experience of Baseband and/or RF products and test engineering processes as well as with relevant industry tools such as Jira.
- Experience of Scrum/feature builds, agile way of working, and continuous integration.
- Effective communication skills and in fluent written and spoken English.
- A valid passport from a NATO member country.
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of business operations, organizational processes, and the ability to align work priorities with business needs and objectives.
- Interest and determination to get results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation and implementation.
- Understanding of cross-cultural work environment and a global mindset.
