We are looking for an Area Sales Manager based in the Paris Metropolitan area to join our Western European Sales Team. In this role, you will be a key player in strengthening Framery's presence across the French market, working closely with your local colleague in Paris while contributing to the wider Team Framery success story.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the independence to develop, direct, and implement area sales goals while representing Framery within the local industry. Success in this role comes from building and nurturing strong relationships with our Dealer Partners, the A&D community, End Users, Property Developers, and Commercial Real Estate advisors. You will play an essential role in supporting project sales and refining our local dealer network to help them grow their Framery business.
You will be joining our Sales Western Europe team. Globally, our sales team consists of approximately 60 professionals. In France, you and your Paris-based colleague will be the faces of Framery, collaborating closely with our headquarters in Finland to ensure our customers' success.
We are looking for:

At least a few years of sales experience in the local office furniture industry or related project sales field (A&D, flooring, lighting, etc.).

Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to manage complex projects and sales cycles independently.

Strong communication skills with fluency in both French and English.

Team-oriented mindset, with a passion for building relationships and celebrating collective achievements.

Ability to travel actively within France and occasionally (1-4x/year) to our headquarters in Finland for training and conferences.
