We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Technology Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, coupled with experience in building and implementing technologies to drive efficiency and innovation. Please note that we require that you are currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit, as for this role we do not offer relocation.
Job Description
As a planning technology focused professional within our Supply Chain team, you will work in implementation project teams to provide expert implementation services to our clients. Essentially, this means implementing advanced planning solutions to optimise supply chain processes and improve performance. Depending on your experience and expertise, your responsibilities may also include:
- Supporting our clients in projects related to Supply chain development and Data analysis
- Driving sales efforts in the Supply Chain Planning domain
- Building client relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
You are a client-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills for building networks. Your analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and structured work approach, combined with technical capabilities, enable you to deliver successful implementation projects.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, it would be an advantage to have some of the following experience:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a background in supply chain planning technology. We are looking for candidates at different career levels/seniority and will be able to adapt the job level to the candidate depending on experience and competence
- Strong understanding of supply chain, including e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, procurement and logistics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Personal characteristics:
- Innovative, curious and solution-oriented
- Creative and hands-on with a focus on value creation and results
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey clearly
- Team player with a focus on collaboration and common goals
Please note that this position is based at our Helsinki office. While we offer flexibility regarding remote work in Finland, presence at our Helsinki office or at our client's location is required in this position. Please also note that our implementation projects are global and clients' locations can be outside of Finland, hence notable travelling might be required.
