We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our recruitment team in Finland for a 6-month period.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Support and learn from more experienced Talent Acquisition Partners who lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, job advertising, screening CVs, interview coordination, interviewing to managing offers
- Gain valuable experience in attracting candidates for a whole range of roles: from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain etc.,
- Be empowered to build partnerships with Nokia’s hiring managers and provide them with value-add hiring activities that meet Nokia’s business goals
- Enjoy and wish to grow in areas such as delivering expertise on the recruitment process, exploring innovative ways of finding and attracting candidates, constantly learning about the ever-changing world of technical skills, coaching hiring managers on interviewing and delivering prompt feedback to provide a great candidate experience
- Managing internal recruitment projects
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:
- Active student status in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Social Work
- Curiosity to learn about Talent Acquisition
- Fluency in English with proficient communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with international team members and internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with MS office programs
- Talent Acquisition knowledge
