To accelerate our transformation, we are seeking a Head of Talent & Leadership Development to contribute to our performance culture and build the leadership, skills, and capabilities ourorganisationneeds-today and in the future. In this global role, you will lead the design and implementation of an integrated talent and leadership strategy across regions, functions, andorganisationallevels, partnering closely with senior leaders and People & Culture.
Your impact
- Set and lead a clear global talent and leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities and long‑term workforce needs.
- Design and scale leadership frameworks for frontline, mid‑level, and senior leaders, creating measurable development journeys that strengthen our culture and operational excellence.
- Strengthen succession readiness by running robust, transparent processes that build diverse pipelines for critical roles and accelerate high‑potential talent.
- Embed learning in daily operations, and manage global learning partners, platforms, and methodologies.
- Integrate talent development with performance enablement, applying validated development tools, assessments, and analytics to support informed decisions.
- Advise and partner with senior leaders on culture, leadership expectations,organisationaleffectiveness, and change enablement.
- Provide strategic direction and guide the Talent Acquisition process to ensure long‑term capability needs, workforce planning, and hiring prioritiesandensure TA contributes to sustainable, inclusive talent pipelines and a positive candidate experience.
What you bring
- Extensive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Development and potentially also Talent Acquisition, ideally in a large, international, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling global leadership and talent programmes with measurable impact.
- Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and high‑potential acceleration; comfortable operating in manufacturing and operational contexts.
- Experience with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and talent analytics as well as leveraging AI in talent and leadership processes.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively and strong project and change delivery skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
