The Unibake Global Graduate Program is a two‑year international development track designed to launch a long‑term career within the company. The program offers Operations‑track graduate positions in Supply Chain, Quality, and Production across Denmark, Finland, Romania, and Norway. It combines professional and personal growth with leadership challenges, preparing graduates for impactful future roles.
You will start your first year in Finland (Vaasan bakery) with a strong focus on Supply Chain, working hands‑on with KPIs, Power BI dashboards, labour studies, supply chain analysis, and business improvement projects. The second year takes place in Romania, where you will join Production Management, gaining experience in daily operations, process optimization, performance analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The program includes an individual career development plan, international rotation, global workshops, participation in a cross‑border graduate project, and continuous support from mentors and a global graduate community. As Europe’s second‑largest bakery group, Unibake offers a global environment with a strong commitment to sustainability through its Baking for a Better World strategy.
Ideal candidates are internationally minded, highly proficient in English, hold (or are completing) a Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, and have graduated within the last two years or will graduate before September 2026. Mobility, cultural adaptability, and a proactive, curious mindset are essential. The program begins in September 2026, and applicants must be eligible to work in the country they apply to.
