We are searching for an experienced growth marketer for our client Wolt to lead the development of their courier gear and activation strategy, as well as to optimize key internal processes in close collaboration with the sourcing team. This is a unique opportunity to take true ownership and autonomy in shaping a new growth lever at Wolt and make a significant impact on their global Courier Partner strategy.
Responsibilities
The role is part time (approximately 20 hours per week) and a fixed term position lasting around 6–9 months, with good potential for extension. Your work location will be in Helsinki, and the role can be performed mostly remotely.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
-
Drive end-to-end product development by partnering with our Brand team on design and functionality of new and existing Courier Partner gear, while collaborating with our sourcing team to ensure technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and scalability.
-
Leverage Courier Partner gear as a strategic acquisition and brand awareness channel — using best-in-class, distinctive design and functionality to increase street-level brand presence, reinforce brand equity, and support new user growth.
-
Continuously monitor competitive landscape across markets to identify product innovations, material trends, and feature differentiation opportunities that inform roadmap prioritization.
-
Lead market-informed product strategy by maintaining close relationships with local supply teams through structured quarterly business reviews to identify evolving needs, surface product gaps, propose new launches, and sunset underperforming SKUs.
-
Support our Sourcing team by aligning supplier strategy, enforcing quality standards, resolving production issues, overseeing inventory lifecycle management, and collaborating with Supply Chain on forecasting, replenishment, and cost optimization.
You will report to the Lead of Creative Strategy and be part of the Global Marketing team. Your primary tools in your daily work will be Slack and Google Sheets.
Our humble expectations
-
3–4 years of experience in sourcing, product operations, branded merchandise, or marketing-related procurement, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-market environment
-
Experience working with Brand and Design teams with a strong eye for detail across materials, finishes, color accuracy, fit, and functional specifications to ensure brand consistency.
-
Strong ability to balance brand requirements with cost efficiency and operational constraints, understanding the trade-offs between quality, margin, and scalability
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
-
Experience in branded gear, courier equipment, uniforms, promotional products, or retail merchandise
-
Experience working across multiple European markets or global supply bases
-
Experience working both in-house and with external agencies or third-party manufacturers
