Sales Operations & AI Trainee
Cyberday is growing, and we’re now looking for two new talents to join our Sales team in Tampere.
If you’re curious about the intersection of AI, data, sales processes and modern sales tooling, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. This is a paid 6‑month trainee position (with potential for a permanent role) where you’ll work at the core of our sales engine.
What you will do
You will help us build smarter, AI‑enabled sales automation. You will support our sales organization and Account Managers by improving data quality, enriching lead information and developing automation.
Your work will include:

Building and enriching lead lists and classifying them in HubSpot

Improving our data quality, analytics and lead scoring

Supporting the team in developing AI‑assisted processes, e.g. data collection, enrichment and process automation

Acting as back‑office support and ensuring our Account Managers receive higher‑quality meetings and better‑qualified prospects

Assisting in the development of new AI‑powered sales agents and workflows
-
Working with integrations, APIs or light Python/AI tasks (depending on your skills)
This is a role where you can learn new things: our tools, processes and systems (HubSpot, AI‑tools, sales automation) are constantly evolving, and you’ll be involved hands‑on.
Who we’re looking for
We are open to different backgrounds. You might be:

A technically oriented person interested in process automation, business and sales, or
-
A commercially oriented person with genuine interest and hands-on experience in tech, data and AI
To succeed, you should have:

Interest in how sales processes can be developed, automated and scaled with modern AI tooling
-
Some technical capability: for example, the ability to understand APIs and produce simple Python code (AI‑assisted is fine)

Curiosity about data, analytics, automation and sales operations
-
Understanding of the sales process (prospecting → qualification → closing)

A proactive, humble, “get things done” attitude
Nice-to-haves (not required):

Ability to work hands-on with tools such as HubSpot (admin‑type tasks)

Personal interest in AI development, automation or coding
-
Projects, hobbies or coursework related to data or programming
This role suits well someone who is in the final stages of their studies, recently graduated, early in their career, or transitioning into a new field.
