We are now looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategy team in Tampere. In this role, you will be in a key position helping us understand market movements and ensuring we stay ahead as an industry pioneer.
What You'll Do:
As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will support our strategic and commercial decision-making by independently collecting, verifying, analyzing, and synthesizing market and competitor data. You will bring clarity to uncertainty and turn quiet signals into actionable insights for both our pod and smart office solution markets.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Market Intelligence Collection (OSINT & HUMINT): Systematically utilize public sources (OSINT) and build networks through industry channels, such as trade shows and industry discussions (HUMINT) to gather knowledge that can't be found on Google. Build and maintain a real-time situational overview of the main movements on the market, including pricing changes, competitor product positioning, and sales channels. Effectively use data triangulation in making conclusions.
- Strategic Support: Produce high-quality market intelligence reports used in pricing, product development, and overall company strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Management Team, Product Management, and Sales to ensure market understanding is directly integrated into strategic decisions.
- Communication: Present your findings clearlyin company-level reviews

Here's what we're looking for:
- Educational Background: A University degree (e.g., M.Sc. in Economics or Engineering).
- Experience: A background in market/competitor analysis, market research, or strategic consulting where source verification is key.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to work with uncertainty and incomplete data, forming logical structures from small details.
- Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain findings clearly and influence decisions with well-reasoned arguments.
- Readiness to Travel: You are prepared to travel (monthly or quarterly) to fairs etc. and visit our partners to gather field intelligence.
- We also value: Prior experience in the office furniture industry or the smart office solutions market.
