We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us at Telia.
I'm Sebastian Wallin, Head of DM&C Cybersecurity Tech IT PC Data Mediation and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on providing exceptional cybersecurity and inventory solutions to our internal stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Work at the intersection of automation, IT service management, and modern platform engineering.
- Build and maintain integrations, workflows, and automation pipelines across ITSM, Software Asset Management (SAM), and SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) tools.
- Work hands‑on with CI/CD, APIs, and containerized environments.
- Contribute to creating a more automated, secure, and data‑driven IT ecosystem.
- Join the DM&C Cybersecurity team managing key security and inventory platforms for Telia and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and ITSM stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality data flows.
- Support scalable infrastructure across both on‑prem and cloud environments.
What will help you thrive in this role:
- Strong programming/scripting skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of version control
- Hands‑on experience working with APIs
- Experience with ITSM (mainly CMDB), SAM or SBOM tools
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
- Automation using tools like Ansible
- Fluent English in both verbally and in writing
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge and experience with Remedy/BMC products for ITSM
- Experience within monitoring, logging, and observability
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding how AI models work and how to integrate AI agents into workflows
- Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
- CMDB concepts, data modeling, and integrations
- Good Swedish language skills
