We are looking for an Export Coordinator & Customer Service Team Lead to join our factory in Lempäälä, Finland. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end export process while supervising and supporting the Customer Service Team in Finland. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global customers to ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution.
This is a hands-on role where strong export expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Managing order handling and coordinating shipments with customers, sales, production, packing teams, and freight carriers
- Preparing invoicing, export, customs, and transportation documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders on delivery and logistics matters
- Developing order-to-delivery processes and related systems
- Supervising and supporting the Customer Service Team in Finland
What we are looking for
You are a structured and solution-oriented professional who can prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. A proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a positive attitude are highly valued at Robit. We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in export coordination, international logistics, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of international trade compliance, customs clearance, and export documentation
- Experience managing the order-to-delivery process in an international environment
- Higher education in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, international trade, economics, or industrial engineering or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is an advantage)
- Experience or knowledge of import processes, customs clearance, and import documentation is considered an advantage
- Interest in or experience with leading a team and a process development mindset
Previous experience in team leading or mentoring is considered an asset, but we also welcome candidates who are motivated to grow into a team leader role.
