We are now looking for a
DIGITAL DELIVERY MANAGER
who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital products and features that enhance Finnair's customer experience and growth. You will lead the daily operations of a cross-functional development team in the in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) area, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will work closely with Product Leads to sure we are bringing value to our customers and business.
In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) involve the systems that keep our passengers entertained, informed, and connected during flights. It includes everything from seatback screens and onboard apps to internet services, influencing the passenger experience from takeoff to landing. Beyond entertainment, IFEC is an important digital touchpoint, enabling personalised services, real-time information, sales and interactive experiences that allow travellers to engage with us in the sky.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Drive the delivery of digital product updates, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

Remove obstacles to enable smooth development progress.

Help team to facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives)
