The Litigation program management is responsible for the strategic planning and program [SB1] management of Technology Standards litigation projects. You will work in close cooperation with key internal and external stakeholders including Global Litigation, TECH Finance, Licensing and Economic Analysis teams and the outside counsel network.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Working on investment planning in the area of litigation investment management and securing the optimal use of internal and external resources.
- Supporting on existing litigation projects and ensuring that internal facts and legal/economic/FRAND argumentation are prepared ahead of litigation.
- Contributing to the execution of TECH strategy working in close cooperation with TECH licensing and Global Litigation teams.
- Implementing processes in the area of litigation management
- Project management capabilities
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in the area of litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property management, licensing operations and/or cross border transactions.
- Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution management, preferably also in a corporate setting.
- Excellent legal knowledge in the area of intellectual property related litigation and SEP licensing. Ability to resolve complex legal questions and secure effective strategy execution.
- Effective communications skills.
- IT skills, such as Power Point, Excell etc.
- Master’s degree in law.
- Admitted to practice law.
