As a Corporate Function Business Controller at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in enhancing cost efficiency by performing in-depth cost analysis and monitoring for Corporate Functions operating expenses. You'll be accountable for forecasting, planning, and delivering accurate and timely financial reports, empowering fact-based decision-making across the organization. This position offers an end-to-end role in cost controlling, allowing you to engage with a diverse network of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Conduct continuous cost analysis and monitoring to drive financial efficiency across Corporate Functions.
- Develop accurate forecasting and planning models to support decision-making.
- Create and deliver efficient reporting that highlights key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify, monitor, and address risks and exposures while proposing actionable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance clear reporting structures and accurate master data for effective communication.
- Collaborate with various Corporate Functions to ensure alignment with the stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, simplifications, and automation to streamline operations.
- Grow your expertise in end-to-end OPEX controlling, with opportunities for career advancement and personal development.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must-Have:
- 5-7 years of experience in management reporting roles
- Proven expertise in cost controlling key processes and tasks
- Knowledge of forecasting and reporting processes and tools (i.e. Hyperion)
- Ability to work independently and create concrete deliverables
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
Nice-To-Have:
- Capability to adjust communication with different levels of stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis
Please note that this role requires presence at office (Espoo or Budapest) and we are not offering relocation for this position.
