For a well-known global ICT customer in Helsinki, we are looking for an experienced Technical leader for high-end consumer audio field.
Your main task will be leading the design and development of advanced hearing health systems, solutions, and technologies.
Task:
- Build and lead a core team of technical experts to drive the end-to-end technology development of hearing aid products, covering acoustic system architecture, hearing enhancement algorithms, hardware systems, structural acoustics, and other key technology domains
- lead the design and development of advanced hearing health systems, solutions, and technologies
- drive innovation and shape the future direction of hearing health
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to ensure that hearing health technologies remain at the forefront of global development
- Track global technology trends in hearing aid electroacoustic hardware
- Conduct technical insight and strategic planning of the hearing health industry, identify key technologies and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with external organizations, suppliers, and industry experts to promote technical exchanges and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- PhD or MSc in hearing health related fields
- min of 10 years’ industry experience.
- Knowledge and successful experience of planning, system and architecture design, research, development and delivery of hearing health technologies and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate user needs into technology decisions.
