We are looking for a Finance Coordinator, Operations, Innovation & Productivity to join the Mobile Infrastructure Finance organization, working in close support of the CFO Office.
This role combines executive-style coordination with a strong focus on using AI and automation to modernize day-to-day secretarial and operational work. It is designed for an early-career professional who wants to start building a career in a global corporate environment while helping transform how executive support and finance coordination are delivered.
You will support core activities such as calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, leadership team routines, and follow-up tracking — while continuously applying AI tools, digital solutions, and automation thinking to make these tasks faster, smarter, and more efficient.
This is therefore not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong organizational discipline with digital curiosity: a person who not only supports the work, but also improves how the work gets done. In addition, the role offers the opportunity to share ideas, use cases, and practical knowledge on AI and automation across the wider MI Finance organization.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Manage Executive Logistics: Coordinate CFO Office calendar, travel, and meeting arrangements with high accuracy and prioritization.
- Facilitate Leadership Meetings: Organize leadership team meetings, offsites, and recurring management routines.
- Track Actions & Decisions: Monitor key actions, decisions, and follow-ups for timely execution and accountability.
- Support Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination within MI Finance and with other Nokia functions.
- Leverage AI for Administration: Utilize AI and digital tools to enhance routine tasks like scheduling, document drafting, and note-taking.
- Automate Repetitive Tasks: Identify and implement automation for repetitive secretarial and office processes.
- Promote Digital Adoption: Champion the use of AI and digital tools across the finance organization for improved productivity.
- Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve ways of working.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels.
- Maintain Professional Conduct: Handle sensitive information with discretion and represent the CFO Office professionally.
