As Business Controller, you are part of a team that manages, controls, and continuously improves the financial performance of Nokia’s Radio Networks business. You are responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as for identifying, monitoring, and proactively addressing risks and opportunities. You ensure compliance with Nokia’s accounting principles, internal control policies, reporting procedures and applicable external rules and regulations. In this role, you work closely with business and finance stakeholders and actively contribute to the success of the global Radio Networks organization. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Deliver AI-enabled financial analysis, scenario modelling, and forecasting to support business decision-making
- Design and develop advanced analytics and reporting solutions (e.g., dashboards, automated reports) that transform data into actionable recommendations
- Prepare and analyze management reports, partnering with R&D and business stakeholders to provide decision support and challenge assumptions
- Drive OPEX optimization through data-driven insights and predictive modeling
- Ensure compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls and SOX requirements
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit with solid understanding of IFRS
- Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, and data analytics in finance, including use of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Ability to translate complex financial and data-driven outputs into clear business recommendations
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, combined with AI-enabled analytics tools
- Basic coding or scripting skills (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Experience in end-to-end finance process automation (e.g., reporting, forecasting, planning)
