As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving network issues in live 5G networks. This role is perfect for individuals with a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree who are passionate about working with the latest technology and diving deep into network problems. In this position, you will be involved in technical support for New Product Introduction projects, developing and using our AI tools, handling and resolving customer tickets, and providing 24/7 emergency support for customer network incidents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to organize technical workshops and trials for counterparts.

- Provide technical support for Core Network SDM products
- Resolve live 5G network issues

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in a relevant field
- Basic understanding of Core Network SDM (Subscriber Data Management) products i.e. SDL, UDM, HSS and HLR
- Knowledge of 4G/5G call flows
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (OpenStack, VMware)
- Kubernetes expertise, including Helm, operators, cluster management, troubleshooting and the Red Hat OpenShift platform.
- Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Perl, Python) and using AI tools and network simulators
- Unix & Linux Systems administration
- Solid Understanding Unix/Linux systems and IP Networking
- Have positive, proactive and "can-do" attitude
