About the role
Your first major assignment will be to work on theIFA modernization initiative- a strategic effort to ensure that one of ourcorevehicleinsuranceplatforms is equipped for the future.
The IFA systemsupportsIf's private motor insurance processes in Finland. It handles core policy logic, validations, integrations, and data processing used throughout the customerjourney.IFAsystem is now undergoing a structured modernization to ensure improved maintainability, performance, and integration-readiness for future digital services. In this role, you will helptoshape the new technical foundation by modernizing components, enabling new integration patterns, and contributing tolong-termarchitectural improvements.
After the IFA modernization work is completed, your next assignments will depend on broader Core Tribe priorities - this could involve other modernization efforts, new APIdriven initiatives, refactoring ofadditionallegacy systems, orcross tribeengineering work.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with product, architecture, and business experts and to contribute directly to the modernization journey of our critical systems.
