The organization consists of approximately 160 top industry experts, and its operations are built on strong technical competence, systematic processes, and a high‑level safety culture.
The employment will start as soon as possible. The contract is a fixed‑term one‑year assignment, and the employment relationship will be established with Barona Teollisuus Oy. There is a possibility to be recruited permanently into the client’s organization after the assignment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Comprehensive planning and execution of projects (scheduling, resources, procurement, contract and change management, and risk management).
- Achieving project goals according to defined KPI metrics (EHSQ, financials, quality, and schedule).
- Leading, motivating, and monitoring the progress of the project team.
- Cooperation and contract management with customers and suppliers.
- Managing site execution and work safety, and acting as a Safety Coordinator when required.
- Supporting the Sales team in technical customer discussions as well as workload and cost estimations.
We hope you have:
- Experience working as a Project Manager and leading and executing projects in the energy sector. Experience in the nuclear energy sector is considered an advantage.
- A relevant technical university degree (e.g., energy, mechanical, or construction engineering).
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing several project interfaces.
- Experience in project risk management, procurement, negotiations, and contract and claim management.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and a strong commitment to safety.
- A responsible, solution‑oriented, and proactive working style, as well as good tolerance for pressure.
- Ability to lead empathetically, inclusively, and to delegate effectively.
We Offer You
- An opportunity to work on societally significant and technically demanding projects in the nuclear energy sector.
- Support from an experienced and knowledgeable team and clear operational models for project delivery.
- A flexible hybrid working model and modern working tools.
- A front‑row seat to long‑term energy projects and an excellent opportunity to further develop as a project management professional.
- The possibility to be recruited into a permanent position with the client after the fixed‑term assignment.
