About the role
We are looking for anHR Project Managerwho can turn ideas into impact. In this role, you will lead and coordinate HR projects thatenhance our employee experience,strengthenour ways of working, andsupportour digital development.You will move comfortably between strategicdirection settingandhands-onexecution. You enjoy shaping the big picture just as much as rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, and you work fluently across both agile and more traditional project methods.
You will work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholdersacrossNordic and Baltic countries,ensuringwe deliver projects thatcreateclear value. A general understanding of AIandagenuineinterestinhow it can enhance HRareimportantfor succeedingin this role.
