Role Overview:
As part of our continuous growth in our business, we are looking for two Customer Service Representatives with English skills to join our back-office team either in Poland, Finland or Germany. As a Customer Service Representative you will be in daily contact with our sales representatives and their customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Active support for sales representatives and customers
- Ensuring complete management of orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to customers,
including management in internal systems - SAP and others
- Monitoring the overall progress of orders from entry to invoicing
- Regular communication with customers and sales representatives
- Completing tasks assigned by direct supervisors
- Communication and collaboration across departments
- Teamwork with other Customer Service Representatives where needed
Requirements:
- Communicative personality with a positive attitude
- Responsibility and thoroughness, proactive in handling unexpected situations
- Team player able to work in a cross cultural team
- Good MS Office skills and preferably first experience and skills in SAP
- Fluent English skills
- Relevant work experience in customer service is seen as an advantage
- Flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment
- Willingness to develop
