Account Manager - Estonia / Sweden
We are looking for an Account Manager for our client company in Estonia, focusing on sales in the Swedish market. Our client helps manufacturing companies outsource their production cost-effectively and with high quality by leveraging an extensive Estonian and international partner network.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing partner service sales in Sweden. Your work will include acquiring new customers, developing existing client relationships, and expanding the production partner network. You will work closely with Swedish-speaking customers and partner companies.
The position requires permanent residence in Estonia and working from the company's offices in Tallinn or Tartu (among other reasons, for tax-related purposes). The role is hybrid, but regular presence at the office in Estonia is an essential part of the job. In addition, the position includes customer meetings in Sweden.
What We Sell and to Whom
We provide industrial customers with subcontracting manufacturing solutions through our partner network. Services include cutting (laser, waterjet, plasma), bending, CNC machining, welding, surface treatment, assembly, and mass production. We also offer centralized project management and delivery logistics.
Our service helps customers execute their orders cost-effectively and with high quality, while also balancing capacity across production partners flexibly.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for sales targets in the Swedish market (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- You will stay in close contact with customers through multiple channels and, when needed, participate in on-site customer meetings in Sweden. You will actively prospect via phone calls, email, and other channels.
- You will manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, and problem-solving.
- You will identify and recruit new production partners into the network.
- You will work closely with project engineers and the wider production team, acting as the key customer contact.
- You will take ownership of commercial terms (negotiations, planning, follow-up).
- You will keep CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and platform data up to date, monitor buying behavior, and grow customer value.
We Expect You to Have
- Fluent Swedish, which is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent English skills.
- Understanding spoken Estonian is considered an advantage.
- Experience in B2B solution sales and account development.
- The ability to quickly learn the basics of manufacturing industry and technical services.
- A self-driven, goal-oriented, and hands-on working style.
- Location in Estonia or willingness to relocate, with the ability to work part of the week from the Tallinn or Tartu office.

- Can combine active outbound prospecting with long-term customer relationship building.
- Prioritize effectively, work quickly, and close deals by overcoming obstacles.
- Use data (CRM, buying behavior) in sales planning and have strong ambition in your sales work.
