As Business Controller, you are part of a team that manages, controls, and continuously improves the financial performance of Nokia’s Radio Networks business. You are responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as for identifying, monitoring, and proactively addressing risks and opportunities. You ensure compliance with Nokia’s accounting principles, internal control policies, reporting procedures and applicable external rules and regulations. In this role, you work closely with business and finance stakeholders and actively contribute to the success of the global Radio Networks organization. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Financial analysis, scenario modelling, and forecasting to enhance business decision-making.
- Prepare and analyse management reports delivering actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders.
- Drive financial process improvements, reporting enhancements, and digitalization initiatives.
- OPEX analysis and cost optimization initiatives to maximize financial performance
- Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures and reporting.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit and basic knowledge of IFRS
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptability, resilience and a positive can-do attitude in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in all work.
- Willingness to grow, develop new skills and build a long-term career at Nokia
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in developing financial systems, related automation and digital tools.
- Readiness to explore opportunities to apply AI automation in financial reporting and business operations
