This role combines client acquisition, partnership development, market research, and go-to-market planning.
The Business Developer will lead outreach to public and private sector employers, design the customer journey for partner organizations, and shape the pricing and onboarding models that underpin Sparks long-term scalability. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that directly affects the companys success and sustainability.
