Lead the Future of Strategic Programs at Raute
We’re seeking a Strategy Manager to drive the successful delivery of Raute’s most critical strategic programs and development projects. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by translating strategy into action.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment, establish best-in-class project management practices, oversee M&A initiatives, and provide transparent reporting that enables informed decision-making.

What you’ll do
- Enable strategic execution by desigining and maintaining governance frameworks for most critical programs
- Establish and promite best practices and standardized tools in project management, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment across business-led initiatives
- Partner with the executive team to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and oversee M&A programs end-to-end.
- Provide transparent reporting, KPIs, and insights to executives and key stakeholders on program performance and risk management.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience from strategy consultancy, investment bank or as a M&A analyst
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Expertise in portfolio management and strategic planning
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing operational details
- Master’s degree in business, management, engineering or related field
- Fluency in English
