The Business Developer plays a central role in building the commercial foundation of Spark Traineeships a new program that combines work-based learning with personal leadership development for young professionals. This role combines client acquisition, partnership development, market research, and go-to-market planning.

The Business Developer will lead outreach to public and private sector employers, design the customer journey for partner organizations, and shape the pricing and onboarding models that underpin Sparks long-term scalability. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that directly affects the companys success and sustainability.
