The Account Manager achieves business financial objectives in respective customer accounts. Responsible for customer engagement and sales case ownership for the following: opportunity and offer strategy, customer pricing files, creating and maintaining sales opportunity, order forecast. Creates and manages sales relationships for strategically important accounts / within broad product or business areas. Develops sales strategies and practices to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the customer accounts. Participates in pricing strategies as well as contract negotiations and is responsible for providing professional support in order to generate orders.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of managing large/medium customer accounts with significant sales targets across multiple portfolios (7-10 years of relevant experience).
- Expertise in identifying and developing business opportunities through analysis of customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives, utilizing industry knowledge to facilitate corporate goal achievement.
- Experience in driving sales and developing competitive offers based on an understanding of organizational processes and customer value.
- Proficiency in pricing strategy and contract negotiations, contributing to mid-term business impact.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions that affect the performance of Customer Teams and broader organizational goals.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a knack for creating unique sales approaches that differentiate offerings.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing functional or cross-functional teams with considerable resource complexity.
