Senior UX Researcher
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher for a permanent, full-time position in our iGaming Digital Channels team. The team plays a central role in shaping player experience across Veikkaus' products, ensuring that business and design decisions are grounded in deep user understanding and responsible gaming principles.
In this role, you will be the voice of the user, leading research efforts that directly impact the direction of key products across app and web. You will collaborate closely with product managers/owners, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to drive player-centric innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end user research initiatives across key products.
- Conduct diverse research methodologies, including usability tests, in-depth interviews, concept evaluations, comparison studies, and IA testing.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape design and product strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed research into product development cycles.
- Produce and present compelling reports that drive business and design decisions.
- Drive operational excellence by refining research processes, methods, and tools within the team.
- Contribute to the development of research frameworks, models, and internal guidance materials.
- Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making throughout the organization.
You're a great fit if you have:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social/Cognitive Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX research or a closely related discipline.
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Hands-on experience conducting usability tests, interviews, surveys, and data-driven analysis.
- Ability to influence and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in selecting and implementing UX research tools.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience in researching across multiple platforms including native mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop environments.
